2026-2027 Contract
In the Student Hub, scroll down and complete the 2026-2027 Contract. You received the password for the student hub in your welcome email.
Select your teacher or GROUP Lessons and observe the fee schedule for 30/45/60 minute lessons for that teacher. You’ll have the option to review a downloadable pdf of this contract at any time during the year, in the Student Hub.
Schedule Requests
Complete the Schedule Request Form, unless you have already done so. It is super helpful for us to know what times you are available, in the case that we need to shuffle things around to accommodate other families. Don’t worry, we won't change anything without asking, but it's nice to know what times could be an option for you.
Fees
Complete a PAD form (request one by email), submit your post-dated cheques, or pay for the entire year with an e-transfer.
You may request an itemized invoice for your records or for clarity. The monthly instalment amounts are available to you as you fill in your contract.
Other Information
Schedule and Calendar
The weekly lesson schedule is in the Student Hub for privacy. Remember, there are two studios now (Studio A and Studio B) at the primary location - so be sure you are looking at the correct schedule.
You can always access the up-to-date calendar (days off, start/end dates etc) with no password, and you can subscribe to the google calendar there as well. If you haven’t already, we suggest subscribing, or bookmarking the calendar on your primary devices. That way you’ll always be in the loop!
Communication
Make sure that you are accepting emails from admin@resonantbloomsmusic.com. This sender will provide important information throughout the year.
Wait for an email from your teacher, to make sure you are prepared for your first lesson.
You’ll want to read this information about preparing for your first lesson at Resonant Blooms.
Instrument
Need any guidance on purchasing a new instrument? You can find a Digital Piano Checklist in Resources.
Ask your teacher directly for support with rental or purchase of other instruments.
