The Studio

Resonant Blooms is a home music studio dedicated to exploring the connection between music, community and personal growth. Through a student-centered and adaptable teaching approach, we nurture creativity, confidence, musicianship, and a lifelong love of learning and performance.

Whether you're 5 years old or enjoying retirement, Resonant Blooms is an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and welcoming studio that embraces students of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and levels of experience. We believe music is for everyone, and strive to create a supportive space where each student can grow, express themselves, and flourish.

The Owner

Meagan Kelln has been teaching piano privately from her home studio since 2009. In 2026, she expanded the studio to include a diverse team of instructors, allowing Resonant Blooms to offer a wider range of lessons while fostering a stronger sense of community through music education.

We acknowledge we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani and Kainai Nations; the Stoney-Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Wesley Nations; and the Tsuut’ina Nation. Southern Alberta is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.

Where the Bow River meets the Elbow River has long been called Mohkinsstsis by the Blackfoot, also Wîchîspa by the Nakoda, Guts’ists’i by Tsuut’ina, and it is the birthplace of the City of Calgary.
