New Student Registration Checklist
Hooray! You’ve decided to take the leap and become a student at Resonant Blooms. Welcome, we are so happy you’re here!
Here’s a checklist for you to complete the process.
You can always access the up-to-date calendar (days off, start/end dates etc) with no password, and you can subscribe to the google calendar there as well. We suggest subscribing, or bookmarking the calendar on your primary devices. That way you’ll always be in the loop!
You can find the weekly lesson schedule on the Student Hub page for privacy. Remember, there are two studios now (Studio A and Studio B) at the primary location - so be sure you are looking at the correct schedule.
You now have access to the Student Hub. You got the password in your email.
In the Student Hub, scroll down and complete the 2026-2027 Contract. Select your teacher and [30/45/60 minute] lessons. You’ll have the option to review a downloadable pdf of this form at any time during the year, in the Student Hub.
Also in the Student Hub, scroll down to fill in the Student Demographic Form. You’ll only need to complete this form once, should you re-register for the next year.
Next, head back to the Student Hub and complete the Schedule Request Form, unless you have already done so. It is super helpful for us to know what times you are available, in the case that we need to shuffle things around to accommodate other families. Don’t worry, we won't change anything without asking, but it's nice to know what times could be an option for you.
Deal with your fees. Choose from PAD or post-dated cheques, or pay for the entire year with an e-transfer.
Wait for an email from your teacher, to make sure you are prepared for your first lesson.
